-We do understand that errors happen, and if you must return a base for resizing, the following procedure applies:

•  You will be assessed a $20.00 resizing fee.

•  Email us to request an authorization number. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.

•  We recommend shipping the base by Post. Shipping charges for returning of the base for resizing is the responsibility of the purchaser. No COD's will be accepted. Any charges to the Manufacturer for shipping related expenses will be charged back to the customer.

•  Please ensure that the item is well protected for shipping. If damage occurs because of improper packaging, additional charges will be applied to your credit card.

•  Shipping documentation should specify gReturn to Manufacturer for refittingh .
